What does intake look like?
First, you will need to create an account portal. Once you have created an account portal, you will have access to our intake forms. After completing the intake forms, go ahead and schedule with our online calendar found within the portal.

What is telehealth?
Telehealth is basically video chat for therapy. However, our platform utilizes a HIPAA compliant platform. Click here to find out more. 

What is the first session like?
The first session is a “get to know you” session. This is where pieces of your story are told. There is important information gathered for assessment and a discussion on how to move forward. From there you and your clinician will be able to determine when or how many more sessions to schedule. 

What about insurance?
Currently we do not take insurance, but we’re working on it. Payment is typically made prior to each session. 

How much does therapy cost?
Cost is $75 per session. However, we do offer a sliding fee as we don’t want this to be a barrier.
